Thus I began my arduous journey to the land of Ulta's website and began browsing the eyeshadow palettes and, only to my wallet's chagrin I found the palette, as well as another matching one with different colors....and....so....I ordered both....especially since they are both SO affordable!
Only $12.00 each! Plus you can use one of the common $3.50 off $10.00 Ulta coupons on each one of them if you were to purchase them in separate transactions..also, you earn your Ulta rewards points! So it is a Win-Win on this one!
The initial palette at got me, hook-line-and-sinker was the Beauty in Bloom 10pc Eyeshadow Collection...
By "10pc" it actually means 9 eyeshadows and 1 applicator brush. The palette includes 3 trios of eyeshadows as well as an inside panel that demonstrates how to apply them to get "the look"...
The first trio is called "Bloom" and includes Stardust, Cashmere, and Mink...in the order of highlighter shade, lid color, and crease color...
Next is the "Blossom" trio, again with a highlighter shade, lid color, and crease color...this trio includes Silk, Deep Sea, and Toast...gorgeous!!!!
This palette follows the same format as the other one, and has the three trios of highlighter, lid, and crease shade, plus an identical applicator brush...so lets see the shades shall we?
The next trio is called "Fun in the Sun" and includes In the Buff, Seashell, and Trendsetter...And the final trio is called "Sunset"...and in my opinion this is the prettiest trio of them all... It includes Sunnyside, Copper Bronze, and Cafe Ole...
So yes....they are beautiful and amazing, I will be using them tomorrow before I go to work for the day!
The last thing that I happened to throw in my cart before checking out was a NYX Jumbo Pencil sharpener. I previously bought several of the jumbo eye pencils when Ulta was having a B1G1 50% off sale and I had used the and could NOT get them sharpened! I tried this Wet N Wild wide-barrel sharpener that I bought specifically for these pencils...
Finally it occurred to me that if NYX made the pencil, then NYX would have probably made a matching sharpener...thus enter this superhero!!!
